Light Trail Hold Harmless Agreement

Below, please find our hold harmless agreement for the Braglio Farms Light Trail. You only need to accept this agreement once per family.

I understand and hereby acknowledge that my participation in the Braglio Farms Light Trail is voluntary. In purchasing this ticket to enter into this trail at Braglio Farms in Randallstown, MD, I hereby, under the terms of this agreement, do HOLD Braglio Farms, including all of its owners, officers, agents, and employees, HARMLESS from any and all claims, demands, accidents, damages, actions, and causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future as a result of going into this Light Trail, and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I am aware that when I enter the Light Trail, I agree to assume all risks and liability for personal injury and loss of property.

2. No Touching of Props:
   I will not touch any props, inflatables, decorations, or lights on the Light Trail.

3. Compliance with Rules:
   I agree to read and abide by all the posted rules and warnings. I understand that the trail may include features such as music, strobe lights, fog, and dim lighting. I acknowledge that if I have any existing medical condition, it may be triggered and/or worsened by these features.

4. Responsibility for Minors:
   If I am bringing someone under the age of 13, I agree to remain with them at all times while on the Light Trail and take full responsibility for their safety.
